Over 75 Health Check

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All patients over 75 are welcome to book a health check with our Health Care Assistant (HCA).

The HCA will check your blood pressure, weight, height etc and enquire about any health needs.

Please book your appointment with the reception team.

Patients over 75 will be invited annually for a health check.
