A complaint may be made to the Practice Manager who is responsible for investigating complaints at the Practice and ensuring that action is taken in light of the outcome of any investigation. A leaflet is available from reception detailing the Practice Based Complaints Procedure. The practice team hopes that if you have a problem you will use the Practice Complaints Procedure. However, If your complaint cannot be resolved with us, or you are dissatisfied with the response received from us, you can contact any of the following:
