Electronic Prescribing

The practice is set to go live to use the national Electronic Prescriptions Service. Patients will be able to nominate their preferred pharmacy by using the nomination form below. If a patient has a nominated pharmacy then their medication will be sent electronically to the pharmacy.

There is more information in the poster and patient leaflet below. If you wish to make a nomination, please print off and complete the nomination form and drop it in to your preferred Pharmacy.
