MINOR INJURIES UNIT
Accrington Victoria Hospital
Minor injuries deal with problems such as suspected fractures, cuts, bruises, minor eye problems, burns, scalds and strains.
URGENT CARE CENTRE
Burnley General Hospital
Urgent care centres are for serious conditions such as suspected broken bones or breathing difficulties which need immediate care but are not life threatening. They are NOT for dental problems, cold symptoms, up-set stomachs or to get prescriptions
ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY/999
Calling 999 or going to A & E (Royal Blackburn Hospital) is for people who are seriously ill or whose life is in danger.
Physical accessibility
Our surgery is accessible to patients with mobility needs. We have step-free access, an accessible toilet. If you require additional support when visiting us, please let our reception team know in advance so we can assist you.
How to make a complaint
A complaint may be made to the Practice Manager who is responsible for investigating complaints at the Practice and ensuring that action is taken in light of the outcome of any investigation. A leaflet is available from reception detailing the Practice Based Complaints Procedure. The practice team hopes that if you have a problem you will use the Practice Complaints Procedure. However, If your complaint cannot be resolved with us, or you are dissatisfied with the response received from us, you can contact any of the following:
